These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traxly mobile application ("App") operated by Saif Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Traxly. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account has been compromised.
Traxly offers a free tier that allows up to 20 receipt uploads per calendar month. No payment information is required to use the free tier.
Traxly Pro is a paid subscription available on a monthly or annual basis that unlocks unlimited receipts, AI Finance Coach access, email-to-receipt forwarding, business expense exports, and additional features. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Traxly offers "Unlimited" receipt processing and AI features to Pro subscribers subject to this Fair Use Policy. To ensure system stability and prevent abuse, we impose technical caps on per-request data sizes (e.g., a maximum of 32,000 tokens per interaction). Usage that exceeds normal individual business patterns, or automated "bot" activity, may result in temporary rate-limiting or account suspension at our sole discretion.
Our Fair Use Policy exists to protect the quality of service for all Pro subscribers. We reserve the right to adjust technical thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Certain automated features, such as email-to-receipt processing, may automatically skip or ignore individual attachments that exceed our maximum size or token thresholds to ensure successful delivery of the remaining message. We are not liable for any data or attachments that are skipped as a result of these limits.
From time to time, features may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or capacity constraints. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability.
You agree to use Traxly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Traxly uses AI (Google Gemini) to extract data from receipts and invoices and to power the Finance Coach chat feature. You acknowledge that:
By using Traxly, you agree that we may collect and process certain usage data to operate and improve the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes screen views, in-app behavioral events, and an analytics user profile linked to your email address, subscription status, and business type via PostHog.
Your IP address is never recorded — PostHog is configured to discard it before storage. Event data includes action metadata such as receipt category, dollar amounts (at the time a receipt is saved or viewed), export format, and plan type. It does not include merchant names, receipt descriptions, line-item details, chat message text, or document content.
You retain ownership of all receipts, invoices, and data you upload to Traxly ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
The Traxly App, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Saif Tech LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAIF TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saif Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process account deletion requests within 2 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Saif Tech LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
