Saif Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Traxly mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Traxly. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy applies to users in the United States.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Your full name and email address when you create an account.
- Business Information: Business name, business type, and business address provided during onboarding or in your profile.
- Receipt & Invoice Data: Merchant name, amount, date, category, location, line items, and notes you enter or that are extracted from uploaded receipts.
- Receipt Attachments: Images and PDF files you upload for invoice processing.
- Chat Messages: Messages you send to the AI Finance Coach within the App.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, model, operating system, and app version.
- Usage Data: Features you use, buttons you tap, screens you visit, session frequency and duration, and in-app actions (collected via PostHog analytics).
- AI Usage Data: Which AI features you use, token counts, response latency, and error events — stored in our database to monitor service quality.
- Push Notification Token: A device token used to send you notifications, stored securely and deleted when you sign out.
- Subscription & Purchase Data: Your subscription plan, purchase events, and Pro status (collected via RevenueCat).
C. Information From Third Parties
- Apple App Store: Purchase confirmation and subscription status.
- Inbound Email (Pro Users): If you forward invoices to your unique Traxly email address, we receive and process those emails and their attachments to extract receipt data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Extract and organize receipt and invoice data using AI
- Provide the AI Finance Coach chat feature
- Generate spending reports and expense exports
- Send push notifications relevant to your account
- Process and manage your Pro subscription
- Analyze app usage to improve performance and fix bugs
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the App:

Each provider is contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase's secured cloud infrastructure. Receipt images and PDFs are stored in encrypted cloud storage and accessed only via time-limited signed URLs.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage on your device via iOS Secure Enclave, authentication required for all data access, and service role keys never exposed to the client.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Receipt and invoice data is retained until you delete individual records or your account.
- Chat messages are retained to provide conversation context within the App.
- AI usage logs are retained for service monitoring and billing purposes.
- Push notification tokens are deleted when you sign out.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information via your Profile settings in the App.
- Delete individual receipts at any time within the App.
- Delete your account by contacting us at support@traxly-app.com — we will process requests within 2 business days and permanently delete all associated data.
- Opt out of push notifications via your device's notification settings.
- Export your data using the CSV or PDF export features in the App.
8. Children's Privacy
Traxly is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@traxly-app.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as the App Store for subscription management. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify you via the App or email.
